Let me start with I have other dental procedures at other places in the past that left me terribly afraid of the dentist. After years of putting off deep cleanings I finally came in for a consultation and scheduled the needed appointment. I was meet with the up most support and genuine kindness! I expressed my fear and concern and was reassured with confidence that they would make me comfortable, they exceeded all expectations. In full transparency it’s embarrassing to be an adult with fear of what most consider simple maintenance. But they cared, now I felt so much better and enjoy my smile without feeling self conscious. Thank you to the full staff! I can’t tell you that enough.

I recently moved to Charlotte and was dreading finding a new dentist because I went to an awesome office in Cary (s/o to Cary Lee Family Dentistry). I’m so so glad I stumbled upon Branchview on Google. Carrie and Dr. Santiago were phenomenal. They were so knowledgeable, literally answered every question I had, and were so sweet. I highly recommend!

Very friendly and welcoming staff. Lisa is wonderful and Dr Patel is so kind. They both explained in detail the issues with my teeth. I felt very comfortable and relaxed with them.

Brooke my dental hygienist made me feel very comfortable. She was gentle but thorough. Dr. Patel was great and made me feel confident in my dental care plan. Overall everyone was pleasant and nice. Office is very clean. Great first impression!

WOW!! A +++++!!!! FABULOUS experience in EVERY area!! The facility is beautiful and the entire staff is incredibly welcoming and kind. I received THE BEST cleaning and exam that I have had in many, many years...very thorough, detailed, and gentle. Pricing is fair and in house plans are available, which is so nice. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Branchview Dental!!! And extra special shout outs to Lauren, Dr. Patel, and Karla...they took wonderful care of me!!! 🥰🥰
